1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way

You can exchange items for:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective product

2. Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on lingerie and undergarments unless:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the product
  • Reason for exchange

4. Important Notes
